Randy Allen Randy Allen's experience as Chief Executive Officer of RWA Financial Services, Inc. measures more than 44 years in farm marketing. Having grown up in rural Iowa, Mr. Allen's professional background includes commodity analysis in feedgrains, oilseeds, specialty crops, livestock and cotton. Regularly featured by state banking associations, national agricultural organizations and universities, Mr. Allen is one of the most demanded speakers in U.S. agriculture today. He has also acted as faculty member for the Universities of Colorado and Wisconsin Graduate Banking Schools and Mexico's Banking Institute in Mexico City. Mr. Allen earned his Senior Executive Certificate at Harvard Business School and the Risk Management Curriculum at the John F. Kennedy School of Government in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Mr. Allen's work with intensive case studies includes Britain's Mad Cow Disease, Monsanto, Pioneer, the Boston Beer Company and other global agricultural cases. He is also regularly published in agriculture's most prominent publications including his market planning guidebook Three Steps to Farm Marketing, published by the National American Bankers Association.
